Everybody knows greens are good for you.

Above: Some fun jewelry. Copper chain, beaded beads, fire-polished crystals and some funky press-glass leaves.
The earrings were an experiment. I was trying to figure out a way to hang a woven bead with fringes "spokes," wrong way around, so that you could see the bead flat-on.

And continuing the Victorian theme, Diamond stitch, using varying sizes of crystals in jet and a color that resembles malachite. And then a little netting and some fringe drops.

Lovely play on greens...and the copper (almost pink) is a nice counterpoint for the greens...in time, if unpolished, it, too, will green.

Copper is such a 'warm' metal.

WORN, the necklace looks great!

I really like what you've done with the copper chain. Chuck's right, as it ages, is will also turn green'ish... Unless it's coated! ;)

I can't help but chuckle a little bit, *grin*, it looks like you've gone a tad "Diamond Stitch Crazy", LOL!!!

Thanks for stopping by Linda, I appreciate your comments, and your email. I'll be replying to you, as soon as my head's in the 'right' place. Thank you so much, it meant a lot to me. Hope you are well

Thanks everyone. Chuck & Jewels, you're right about copper. I've been lusting over a beautiful antique & shiny copper cuff and earrings in a nearby shop window. The shade of green is incredible.
LB - Green is a favorite of mine, too.
This necklace, I was using up some woven beads that were too loud, on their own to use in a more solid necklace. Now I have the bug and have ordered silver chain and some interesting pressed glass shapes. A little production line to sell so that I can support my habit of working in seed beads.
Thanks for dropping in!
